When dread fills your heart...

As a runner, I know that when dread fills my heart -- whether because of wind & rain, a night run in the middle of a 48 mile challenge, 115 degree heat dome, pushing through my 10th mile of sand dunes or slushy snow sure to wet my feet within seconds, it means I have to keep going.

Such is the case with putting myself out there with pottery as well -- at least I think so. What I know is that each application for a new market or exposure of any kind is daunting to me.
But if I pull from my running experience, I can remind myself that after all my trips and stumbles, I'm still standing. So I'll survive this, too -- probably.
