Shortly after I thought I had figured out the PERFECT bowl shape some friends showed me their perfect bowl shape, which was quite different than mine - and requires a different throwing process entirely. But they are good friends so I not only figured out how to make their preferred shape, but also took the time to figure out the math to ensure their new bowl set was nearly identical in size to their favorite bowl.
