Wake up with warmth and intention. Lady E’s everyday mug is a small-batch handmade ceramic mug, thoughtfully crafted in a century old home in Portland, Oregon where locally-sourced clay and glazes uplift small businesses.

 

Made to be beautifully functional, this mug is ideal for your morning coffee, afternoon tea or cozy evening cocoa.

 

The limited edition brick and beam mug was designed to reflect the Literary Arts historic headquarters, a community-based non-profit. Each mug is wheel-thrown, hand-altered to add bricks of various styles and carefully glazed to reflect the textures within the building. This detailing also imparts a more deeply tactile experience while using the mug.

 

This process makes each piece unique, supporting quiet contemplation or shared moments with personalized mugs –- a little reminder that even ordinary moments can feel extraordinary when shaped with intention.

 

I hand wash all of my pottery, but as part of the café collection this piece is field-tested to be microwave- and dishwasher-safe, durable enough for long-lasting everyday use.
