Wake up with warmth and intention. Lady E’s everyday mug is a small-batch handmade ceramic mug, thoughtfully crafted in a century old home in Portland, Oregon where locally-sourced clay and glazes uplift small businesses.

 

Made to be beautifully functional, this mug is ideal for your morning coffee, afternoon tea or cozy evening cocoa.

 

Lady E’s diner themed diner mugs are a bit on the nose, but that's just the kind of cheesy I like sometimes. Each mug is wheel-thrown and hand-carved with a 50's diner theme plus occasional extra surprises. After burrs and sharpness are removed from the carvings each scene is individually hand-painted with solid and softly blended colors to meet the moment.

 

This process makes each piece unique, supporting quiet contemplation or shared moments with personalized mugs –- a little reminder that even ordinary moments can feel extraordinary when shaped with intention.

 

I hand wash all of my pottery, but many of my customers put my work in their microwaves and dishwashers for ease of every day use and it’s been holding up well.
